Draw for Pairings for City Tournaments and District All-Star
Tournaments
Tournament Review |
Annual Tournament Meeting to review City Tournament Rules,
Review District All-Star Tournament Rules and Draw for Pairings for
all Tournament Schedules. A general review of the time line
including Certification of Affidavits and all related phases for the
upcoming Tournament Season will be covered.
Presidents: You MUST
bring your league's Tournament Enrollment Form to this meeting.
(Note-It must be signed by the League President and a VP/Trsr or
Sect)
ALL San Antonio Texas District 19 Little League Presidents and
District Staff should attend this meeting. This is the most
important meeting of the entire season. |

Teams for the
9-10 Baseball and Softball Divisions and the
10-11
Baseball and Softball Divisions. |
All San Antonio District 19 Little League will announce All-Star
Teams for the 9-10 Baseball and Softball and the 10-11 Baseball and
Softball Divisions. |

Center Mandatory City Tournament Team Managers and
Coaches Meeting
Team Manager must bring two (2) signed copies of the City
Tournament Affidavit and turn them into the Tournament Director.
Teams must also bring playing equipment so the umpire staff can
check it for safety issues. Bats will be checked at the game
sites. |
The Mandatory Managers and Coaches Meetings for the 2008 City
Tournament Teams will be held on according to
the following schedule: Little League
Minor Baseball - Little League Baseball

Junior/Senior Softball

Junior League Baseball - Senior League Baseball
3:00 PM

will be held starting Monday, June 9th and will conclude by Saturday
June 14th, 2008. |

The Little League Baseball and Softball, Junior League Baseball
and Softball, Senior League Baseball and Softball and Big League
Baseball All-Star Teams will be announced on this date and can start
practice. |

documents will remain with the District Administrator for final
verification and signatures. Any problems with the Tournament
Team Affidavit will be resolved with the League President. |
